Remedial massage is a clinical soft tissue therapy performed by our osteopaths which focuses on relieving pain and discomfort caused by muscle tension, injury, or chronic conditions. It involves a variety of techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to target specific areas of muscle tightness and dysfunction.
Osteopathic Sports Massage can help reduce pain, improve circulation, increase flexibility, promote recovery and reduce the reoccurrence of injury.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling, or making changes to your appointment.
Late cancellations or no shows will be subject to the full cost of the appointment.
Payments:
We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards. As well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and American Express.
Payment is due at the end of the appointment. If you are able to reclaim the cost of the appointment through a private health insurance company, please let us know at the end of your appointment.
